Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our growing IT and Supply Chain team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP EWM solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment, supporting global logistics and warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of
  - on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, including functional configuration and process design.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralised).
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and RF/mobile device integration.
• Experience in integration with SAP TM, MM, and SD modules.
• Ability to work in complex, multinational environments with distributed teams.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Desirable Skills

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Knowledge of automation systems (ASRS, conveyors, robotics) integration with SAP EWM.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP) and external systems.
• Analyse, document, and optimise warehouse processes, ensuring best practices are adopted across global sites.
• Support full project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, testing, training,
  - live, and
  - implementation support.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve EWM-related issues in production environments.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA EWM capabilities and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders at multiple international sites to ensure global standardisation while accommodating local requirements.
