SAP FAM/TRM Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Expert to support the Investment Accounting product on the AXA SAP platform. This role involves collaboration with local finance teams across multiple countries to ensure effective service delivery. Supporting our local finance teams across 10 European countries, Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia, and the US, focusing on the AXA SAP platform which provides essential trades and asset servicing, investment accounting, and reporting services.
Product Focus:
Manage the financial business process management tool aimed at automating and securing business processes for 4, 000 target users across 5 entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Local Support to Users:
- Provide assistance for user inquiries and ad hoc requests;
- Track ticket resolutions and communicate updates to users.
- Support UAT sessions and contribute to service management meetings.
- Administration of portfolio and ticketing tool:
- Assist users in raising incidents and small changes in Silva, ensuring quality and detail;
- Track and communicate resolutions of Silva tickets;
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and engage in service management meetings.
- Functional design delivery:
- Collaborate with finance representatives to gather requirements;
- Coordinate with central teams for solution expertise.
- Contribution to change deployments:
- Coordinate requirement gathering and local impact analysis;
- Support solution testing and update training materials as needed.
- Project management :
- Oversee project governance, budget monitoring, planning, and milestone alignment;
- Bring expert knowledge to guide project requirements and impact analysis.
Your Profile
Technical expertise :
- Experience in business analysis or application maintenance;
- Knowledge of financial instruments, asset servicing, and investment accounting;
- Proficiency in project and change management;
- Familiarity with SAP financial asset management and treasury and risk management is a plus;
- Proficient in Appian.
Non-technical Expertise :
- Experience in complex, multicultural, and geographically distributed environments;
- Strong coordination skills and ability to anticipate and address issues;
- Strong collaboration, effective communication, proactive approach.
