Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of

Responsibilities

- The jobholder will be a key contributor of the Airbus SAP FI Accounting Systems support team.
- On the S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering accounts payables processes, the jobholder will have the responsibilities to support Airbus worldwide accounting users network, for 80+ legal entities of the 3 Airbus divisions.
- The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Incident support:
- Collect incidents through ticketing system
- Analyze incidents according to priority
- Understand the issue and be able to reproduce the case
- Propose and apply a solution to fix
- In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solution
- Functional & Technical Support requests (how to do… Interface monitoring…):
- Collect functional support requests through ticketing system
- Identify interface issues between various SAP &
- SAP systems and resolve with the corresponding expert - Analyze and Answer to the
- user requests
- Project contribution:
- Collect business requirements
- Analyze the requests and design the solution
- SAP solutions customizing
- Execute unit test and organize business acceptance test
- Deliver the solution and support through hypercare phase
- For these tasks, the jobholder will:
- Prioritize the topics in connection with SAP FI product responsible in Headquarter
- Validate the solutions with SAP FI product responsible in Headquarter when needed
- Update relevant SAP FI product documentation (customizing dossier, …)
- More generally, the jobholder is responsible for the quality of the whole support process and proposes permanent improvements in process or ticketing tools.
Qualifications
- Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance / IT
- Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (P2P)
- Basic knowledge on SAP FI / MM
- Basic technical skills: data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge, interfaces with cloud solutions
- Ability to understand, navigate within a complex application architecture
- Ability to identify, clarify, reproduce and resolve incidents
- Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner
- Good analytical problem solving and
- finding skills - Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Customer oriented and team spirit
- Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users
- Language Skills: Negotiation level in English
