We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Program Manager to lead and oversee

- end SAP FI implementation, upgrades, or transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP FI expertise combined with strong program management skills, capable of steering multiple parallel projects and collaborating with
- functional teams to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FI project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope definition, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage a team of SAP FI consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and design sessions.
• Oversee SAP FI configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
• Coordinate with other SAP modules (such as CO, MM, SD) and integrations for seamless financial processes.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance leadership.
• Ensure thorough documentation and

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field;
  
  MBA or PMI certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in SAP FI module implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
• Proven track record of managing large SAP projects as a Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate
  - functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and emerging SAP technologies is advantageous.
