SAP Finance DRC Lead (Tax Lead – R2R)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Consultant/Manager to join an international S/4HANA program as Finance DRC Lead (Tax Lead – R2R) . This role will support the design and implementation of
- practice SAP Finance and Tax Compliance solutions within a multinational environment.

Location: Hybrid – occasional travel to Scandinavia

Duration: September 2025 – August 2026

Level: Consultant or Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as
  - lead for the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream, with a focus on Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) and Tax Compliance .
• Support solution design and implementation for:
• Corporate Income Tax, CBC, and Pillar 2 reporting
• Profitability & Performance Management (Pa
  PM) for tax purposes
• Internal Controls & Risk Assessment (Governance, Risk & Compliance; Risk Assessment Management)
• Drive and
  - facilitate design workshops , prepare solution designs, and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Analyze client requirements and propose best practice SAP solution alternatives aligned to business and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, and Risk & Compliance functions to ensure smooth integration of processes.

Requirements

• Strong SAP Finance expertise (FI/CO) with proven experience in R2R, Tax Compliance, and DRC .
• Hands-on experience with Pa
  PM and GRC/Risk Management modules.
• Experience in S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield strongly preferred).
• Solid track record in leading or
  - leading workshops , preparing design documentation, and delivering
  -
  - end SAP Finance solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills .
• Availability to travel to Scandinavia 1–2 times per month .
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Portuguese or Spanish.
