Caring as a SAP Finance Senior Consultant, and you’ll do the same.

This position will be a member of the SAP team, reporting to the SAP Finance Lead. This individual will participate in
- wide projects and act as a functional consultant with expertise in SAP FICO and related solutions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Enterprise Controlling (CO), Asset Management, Treasury, Financial Statements, and Project Systems. Responsibilities include understanding business priorities, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP systems, and collaborating across teams. The individual will also lead support efforts to improve IT processes and administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO modules such as AR, AP, GL, CO, Asset Management, Treasury, Financial Statements, and Project Systems.
2. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into SAP configurations, ensuring integration with other modules and legacy systems.
3. Develop, prototype, test, and implement improvements to enhance system stability, usability, and functionality.
4. Understand
   - SAP business systems and manage their interaction with SAP.
5. Collaborate with IT on configuration changes affecting areas outside SAP FICO and perform thorough testing.
6. Bring 7-10 years of SAP FICO experience.
7. Experience in all phases of SAP implementation, including analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support.
8. Experience working with onshore and offshore support teams.
9. Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, knowledge sharing, and collaboration skills.
10. Experience with cash management, payment processing, DMEE, COPA, COPC, EDI/IDOC, and SAP SD/MM integration is advantageous.
11. Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus.
