? We are looking for an SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator

MAIN TASKS:

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide level 1 support to the users during the quarterly closings.
  • Create and manage the data entry environment
  • Create and manage the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions)
  • Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, and data access groups)
  • Provide rudimentary support to the application users (credentials management, blocking controls solving, etc. )
  • Ensure the correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and other company's applications and databases (ERPs, data warehouses) and guarantee the quality of that data
  • Participate to the implementation process improvements
  • Enrich existing technical documentation and create new

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Management, Economics, engineering, or related areas.
  • Financial and accounting knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience in an equivalent position
  • Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation application (nice to have)
  • Knowledge and interest in data modelling and database architecture
  • Basic IFRS standards
  • Ability to work in a
    - oriented and precise manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hybrid role based in Porto.
