We are looking for a SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator
MAIN TASKS:
Ensure the efficient operation of the financial consolidation tool, providing level 1 functional support to users during quarterly closings.
Create and manage data entry and consolidation environments (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions).
Administer the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, and data access groups).
Support users with credential management and resolving blocking controls.
Guarantee the correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and other company applications/databases (ERPs, data warehouses), ensuring data quality.
Monitor the application via the administration console.
Participate in the implementation of process improvements and contribute to technical documentation.
Develop data knowledge and acquire financial business skills, applying this knowledge to enhance the data model according to user needs.
Collaborate closely with consolidation, management accounting, and IT teams.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :
Academic or professional background in finance, accounting, or information systems.
Approximately 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation application (preferred, but not mandatory).
Interest and knowledge in data modelling and database architecture.
Basic understanding of financial consolidation.
Basic knowledge of IFRS standards.
Experience with accounting/EPM tools (SAP FC or similar, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Tagetik, etc. ).
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point).
Familiarity with data tools (SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku, etc. ).
Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Good synthesis and communication skills to convey key messages.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
French B2 (ideal; or B1 with willingness to learn)
Hybrid role based in Porto
