- tier professionals. We are looking for a SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator to join a strategic project in Porto, working in a hybrid model.
Role: Ensure smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide Level 1 support to users during quarterly closings. Manage environments for data entry and consolidation (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions). Administer security modules (owner groups, functional profiles, data access groups). Provide support for users (credentials, blocking controls, etc. ) and ensure correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and ERPs/data warehouses. Monitor the application via the administration console. Participate in process improvements, enrich documentation, and contribute to data model enhancements. Collaborate closely with consolidation, accounting, and IT teams.
Responsibilities

Profile / Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge with interest in information systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation (nice to have).
- Understanding of data modelling and database architecture.
- Basic knowledge of consolidation processes and IFRS standards.
Technical Skills
- EPM/Accounting tools: SAP FC (or similar), Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Tagetik.
- Office tools: Excel, Word, Power
