You'll be focused on

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into SAP FIORI Apps.

• Designing and planning innovative solutions based on SAP UI5/FIORI.

• Developing and operating SAP FIORI Apps.

• Ensuring a high level of User Experience for SAP FIORI Apps.

• Influencing standards for SAP FIORI Apps and their architecture.

• Collaborating with external suppliers supporting this domain.

In order to succeed, you'll need

• Experience in developing SAP FIORI Apps, focusing on HR business areas.

• Defining SAP FIORI Architecture and aligning it with affected areas.

• Good knowledge of ODATA data exchange services.

• Skills in UI5 / Java
Script / ABAP for specifying requirements and implementation.

• Awareness of developing software following

- art standards and patterns.

• Knowledge of SAP ERP 6. 0 (EHP 8) and higher.

• Basic knowledge of systems and modules such as SAP PI, SAP CPI, SAP HCM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP FICO.

• Basic understanding of system architecture (application, infrastructure, launchpads).

• Basic knowledge of Dev
Ops.

• Analytical thinking to understand existing environments and business processes.

• Good communication and presentation skills to share knowledge with business departments.

• Ability to communicate in English with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL).
