Your future duties and responsibilities include starting within an implementation team on the design and implementation of SAP solutions for our customers across various market segments after completing the initial SAP Functional Academy learning path in Finances and Logistics.

SAP certification would be an added advantage and part of your learning path. SAP Functional is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP system solutions, ensuring SAP functionalities are correctly configured to meet the organization’s operational needs. The SAP functional consultant roles include:

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand processes, pain points, and objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP modules according to business needs, using standard SAP tools and best practices.
• Develop test cases, perform unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration guides, training materials, and user manuals.
• Provide training to end users and offer ongoing support for live systems, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with technical consultants (ABAP developers, BASIS, etc. ), project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver SAP projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finances or equivalent certifications/experience.
• Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
• Strong
  - solving and creative skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Teamworking and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluently speaking English.
