? We're Hiring:

SAP HCM Consultant (Payroll Specialist)

We’re looking for a SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll (PY - Portugal) to join a
- term hybrid project. You'll collaborate closely with functional and technical teams, ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations.

? Role Overview:

• Focus on SAP HCM – Payroll (PY) module;
  
  
• Support, maintenance, and evolution of the payroll process;
  
  
• Interaction with HR teams and key stakeholders;
  
  
• Hybrid model (2-3x per week onsite – Lisbon or Porto).

? Tech & Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP HCM – Payroll Portugal;
  
  
• Good knowledge of PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management) is a plus;
  
  
• Experience in resolving incidents, implementing improvements, and participating in rollouts
• Strong understanding of legal and fiscal payroll requirements in Portugal;
  
  
• Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory) and good English for documentation and team collaboration.
