Overview

SAP HCM Consultant at Körber. You will be responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on payroll (Germany, private sector, (non-)tariff) and personnel administration, basic time management and related interfaces. You will also take on module
- and process responsibility, advising our departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems. You will play a role in SAP HCM projects as Project lead and/or workstream lead. Proactively, you will advise the HR department on innovations and architecture in the SAP HCM environment and best practices. Beyond
- on problem management and ongoing support, you will be involved in the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions. You will coordinate and test support packages and will be responsible for designing, planning and conducting user training and workshops (DE/EN). You will also manage external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing SAP HCM applications with focus on payroll (Germany, private sector, (non-)tariff) and personnel administration, basic time management and related interfaces.
• Module application and process responsibility; advise departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM.
• Role in SAP HCM projects as Project lead and/or workstream lead.
• Advise HR on innovations and architecture in the SAP HCM environment and best practices.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in Success
  Factors / SAP HCM integration (ideally).
• Knowledge of personnel cost planning and/or structural authorizations, minor ABAP adjustments or ESS/MSS in SAP HCM.
• Open-minded, independent, responsible, and willing to contribute to the team.
