Job Summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to work from our offices in Lisbon, Braga, and Coimbra. Applicants should have experience in SAP HCM solutions. Selected candidates will participate in SAP projects for leading companies across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM solutions.
• Design, test, and document processes such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to integrate SAP HCM with other modules.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration, security, and reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP Success
  Factors or other HR cloud solutions is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HR system integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and cloud HR solutions.
