• Support of current SAP HCM applications focusing on personnel administration (PA), org management (OM), time management (PT), payroll management (PY) and common interfaces; module, application and process responsibility in an HCM system administered in Germany
• Advising the specialist departments on processes and technical implementation of their functional requirements in the SAP HCM system
• Project management in SAP HCM projects and sub project management in SAP projects
• Proactively advising the HR department on innovations in the SAP HCM environment and best practices
• Hands on problem management and continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions
• Coordination and testing of support packages, upgrades and SAP strategy concerning HCM
• Conception, planning and realisation of user trainings and workshops (DE/ENG)
• Management of external service providers

Further knowledge that is mandatory

• Business fluent in German including specialised vocabulary, in team and customer contact (written and spoken)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Project management

• Structural authorizations and OM knowledge
