1. Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects;
   
   
2. Familiarity with
   - specific SAP HCM solutions (e. G. , SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare);
   
   
3. Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD);
   
   
4. Understandingof Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
   
   
5. Experience inconfiguring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements;
   
   
6. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD;
   
   
7. Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and upgrades;
   
   
8. Experience with SAP Success
   Factors and migration projects is highly desirable;
   
   
9. Proficiency in data migration techniques, including LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs;
   
   
10. Experience with data reconciliation, validation, and ensuring data integrity;
    
    
11. Skills in designing and developing HR reports using SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI;
    
    
12. Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights;
    
    
13. Strong analytical and
    - solving skills for complex issues;
    
    
14. Ability to design and implement effective solutions;
    
    
15. Experience inmanaging projects within scope, time, and budget;
    
    
16. Understandingof project management methodologies (e. G. , Agile, Waterfall);
    
    
17. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
    
    
18. Experience inrequirements gathering and documentation;
    
    
19. Certifications:
    
    SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP, SAP Certified Application Associate - Success
    Factors Employee Central, and other relevant SAP certifications.
