Role summary

Our Corporate Solutions business unit is looking for a functional SAP HCM Functional Consultant. This project consists of being part of the SAP HCM team, responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in HR modules in an international project, for more than 70 countries and more than 900 companies, on SAP S4/HANA 2020, on its way to S4/HANA 2023.

Responsibilities

The SAP HCM team is tasked with delivering evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance for HR modules across an international scope, supporting SAP S/4HANA 2020 and the transition towards S/4HANA 2023.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customizing experience in SAP HCM with PA module
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Portuguese
• Based in Portugal
• Experience with Personnel Time Management SAP module
• Experience with CATS
• Experience with Fiori
• Based in Lisbon or Porto
