About Porto and the position

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a IS Functionnal expert SAP Payroll/Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional and technical monitoring of payroll services;
• Payroll operations: planning, payroll execution, management of accounting interfaces, and DSN (Social Nominative Declaration);
• Configuration and maintenance of payroll cycles and calculation schemas in SAP HCM;
• Management of time administration rules;
• Supervision of payroll accounting integration;
• Monitoring and validation of social security benefits (IJSS) and social contributions calculations;
• Participation in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) development projects and rollout of new entities;
• Drafting functional specifications, performing tests, and preparing documentation;
• Analysis of SAP HR support packages and assessment of their impacts;
• Collaboration with HR, Accounting, IT teams, and external service providers.

Skills

• Expertise in SAP HCM (PY, PA, PT);
• Strong command of payroll/time cycles and schemas;
• In-depth knowledge of DSN and its regulatory updates;
• Experience in payroll accounting integration;
• Proficiency in calculating social security benefits (IJSS) and social contributions;
• ABAP development skills for payroll processes;
• Solid knowledge of the SAP Time Management module (PT);
• Good level of French and English.
