• Support the HR IT teams by changing and uploading data into SAP HR systems;
• Support the implementation of new requirements in SAP HR systems derived from S4HR projects;
• Participation in the development of new concepts in the SAP S/4 HANA environment for the use of relevant HR processes and master data and their integration in a future HR-IT landscape;
• Participation in various project phases and processing of relevant HR-IT topics and work packages;
• Support the project management coordination with all relevant stakeholders;
• Support the preparation and implementation of rollout deploys within S4HR projects.

Your profile

What distinguishes you:

• Education:University Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or another relevant area;
• Experience:Experience in project management, specially in HR-IT system landscape (SAP HCM, Success
  Factors, . . . ), through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure. Operational experience with SAP HR systems including introduction of processes and/or master data models. Also, experience and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA environment would be an advantage;
• Knowledge:Very good knowledge of agile working methods and tools as well as MS-Office tools;
• Languages:Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;
• Personality:Openness, high flexibility, proactiveness, independent and structured way of working.
