About the Role

The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP HCM modules across our clients’ organizations, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP components and delivering data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, PD) to meet client needs.
• Integrate SAP HCM with related modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD.
• Design and develop HR reports using SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI.
• Perform data migration, reconciliation, validation, and ensure data integrity (LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs).
• Lead SAP HCM implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) throughout project life‑cycle.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement for SAP HCM solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a similar SAP HCM role.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific SAP HCM solutions (e. g. , Public Sector, Healthcare).
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Development.
• Knowledge of Employee Self‑Service (ESS) and Manager Self‑Service (MSS).
• Experience configuring & customizing SAP HCM modules.
• Understanding of integration with FI/CO, MM, SD.
• Successful track record of SAP HCM implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with SAP Success
  Factors migration projects.
• Data migration expertise (LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs).
• Data reconciliation & validation skills.
• Report design using SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, SAP BW/BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management experience (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation and functional designs.
• Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management (SAP ERP), SAP Certified Application Associate – Success
