We are now looking for skilled and motivated professionals to strengthen our teams!

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HR PA functionalities
• Ensure full alignment with the SAP S/4 HANA Business Partner Concept
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate PA with other modules
• Contribute to testing activities by defining test cases, executing them, and validating quality
• Share expertise through guidance and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
• Prepare clear documentation of processes and project deliverables

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in SAP HR/HCM, with a strong focus on the Personnel Administration (PA) module
• Deep knowledge of PA functionalities (infotypes, personnel actions, organizational management integration, and master data concepts)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Business Partner Concept
• Understanding of integration points between PA and other modules (HR TIME, FI, PS)
• Strong analytical and
  - solving mindset with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English (mandatory, written and spoken)
• Knowledge of SAP Time Management (a plus)
• Experience in
  - country implementations (a strong advantage)
