SAP HCM Senior Consultant

Job Description

Stefanini is hiring SAP HCM senior consultants to join one of our Portugal-based clients, operating within the retail business sector.

• Work model: hybrid (on-site 3 days per week at the client's office in Lisbon – Amoreiras zone);
• Project duration:
  - term (1 year as a Stefanini consultant, joining the client's structure after that period);

Role tasks

• Ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
• Support
  - users, maintenance, and evolution in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (PM) modules;
• Act as a project manager to gather requirements, design, and implement new features and law requirements in those modules;
• Follow and understand legislation relevant to PY, PA, OM, and PM in the three geographies.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related HR or management fields;
• Minimum 4 years' experience working with SAP;
• Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);
• End-to-end project management experience;
• Functional and technical knowledge in SAP Payroll (mandatory);
• Knowledge of Labour Law in Portugal;
• ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems skills are a plus;
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, presentation, and communication skills).
