We are seeking for a SAP HCM/SF Consultant (m/f) to integrate IT team department located in Avintes, Vila Nova de Gaia.

Main activities:

• Support the maintenance of SAP to answer to business and legal requirements for several countries, concerning SAP HCM and SAP SF;
• Participate on projects design and implementation solutions SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors;
• Translate the business requirements into technical requirements;
• Manage interactions between business and team project, sometimes with external consultants;
• Identify, analyse and solve problems of his/her expertise area;
• Contribute to the development of the department and the improvement of the implemented solutions.

Main requirements:

• Experience, at least of 3 years, on participation of SAP HCM and SAP SF implementation projects;
• Experience with payroll processes (mostly Portugal);
• Communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Problem solving, analytical capabilities and critical thinking.
