Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Support of M&S activities in SAP HCM system including:
- Analysis and implementation of solutions as per the business requirements (change requests);
- Continuous process and collaboration improvement and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security etc;
- Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;
- Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.
- Support of authorization topics in SAP Success
Factors:- Development and implementation of Role Based Permissions framework;
- Technical adjustment of existing role framework;
- Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;
- Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology. - Experience:Previous Experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP Success
Factors (Authorizations). - Knowledge:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
- Languages:Fluent in English (C1 level), with German as an asset;
- Personality:Excellent communicator, with a logical and structured mindset. Also, good team spirit, proactiveness, goal oriented and able to work in an international
- paced environment.
