Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Support of M&S activities in SAP HCM system including:
  • Analysis and implementation of solutions as per the business requirements (change requests);
  • Continuous process and collaboration improvement and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security etc;
  • Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.
• Support of authorization topics in SAP Success
  Factors:
  • Development and implementation of Role Based Permissions framework;
  • Technical adjustment of existing role framework;
  • Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Bachelor's
  Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
• Experience:Previous Experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP Success
  Factors (Authorizations).
• Knowledge:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
• Languages:Fluent in English (C1 level), with German as an asset;
• Personality:Excellent communicator, with a logical and structured mindset. Also, good team spirit, proactiveness, goal oriented and able to work in an international
  - paced environment.
