SAP HR Consultant - Hybrid (Lisbon)

We have more than two decades in the IT market and are looking for an experienced SAP HR Consultant to join our team in Lisbon.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP HR/HCM, focusing on the Personnel Administration (PA) module.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP HR PA functionalities, including infotypes, personnel actions, organizational management integration, and master data concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with the SAP S/4 HANA Business Partner Concept.
• Familiarity with integration points between PA and other SAP modules, such as HR Time Management, FI, and PS.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Time Management.
