ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a SAP HR Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support LVL 1 & 2 in SAP HR;

Analyze existing HR processes and recommend solutions to optimize HR operations;

Gather and document business requirements, translating these into technical specifications;

Continuously seek and implement improvements to enhance employee experience and HR productivity;

Document configurations and enhancements;

Support HR teams with clear,
- friendly documents and communication;

Contribute to digital initiatives, leveraging tools to enhance training programs and adoption;

Provide consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, changes, and improvements.

PROFILE:

2 years of experience with Sap HR;

Experience with HR process analysis to optimize HR operations;
