Role:

SAP IBP Functional Consultant

Location:

Remote (Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt)

Required skills:

- University degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in SAP IBP projects

- Strong knowledge of modules such as IBP for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP

- Experience with SAP IBP Excel Add-In, Fiori, and Planning Area modelling

- Ability to define and configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Time Profiles, Planning Levels, Attributes, and Master Data Types

- Experience with data integration via SAP CI/DS, ODP, SLT, CPI, or similar tools

- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

Certifications (valued):

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP IBP for Supply Chain

- SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Integration Suite

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Data Services

Tasks:

Requirements Gathering:

- Collect and analyse requirements from business areas (sales, logistics, production, finance)

- Translate requirements into functional specifications for SAP IBP configuration

Functional Configuration:

- Define and configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Time Profiles, Planning Levels, Attributes, and Master Data Types

- Implement planning algorithms and business rules

Data Integration:

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration via SAP CI/DS, ODP, SLT, CPI, etc.

- Validate master and transactional data using the Excel Add-In and Fiori apps

Testing and Validation:

- Define and execute functional and integration tests

- Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Training and Support:

- Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions

- Provide functional support post
