We are seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Contact person for our business in the design and implementation of innovative Sales solutions with SAP SD in our global SAP S/4HANA system.
• Responsible for the entire development process - from requirements gathering, design and implementation to stable productive operation of the developed solutions.
• Optimization of existing processes by using innovative technologies to support digital transformation.
• Participation in overarching working groups and communities of practice, helping shape our technological foundations.
• Integration of adjacent systems as part of the product development process.
• Conducting training sessions for our key user community.
• Improving existing business processes by resolving support tickets (incidents and minor changes) and contributing to process improvement & harmonization.
• Managing external implementation service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Communication skills - English at C1 level is required for the Porto office. Proficiency in German is necessary for the Ettlingen location.
• Process and SAP module experience in SD, with overview knowledge in areas like Global Trade, Customer Service, Finance, MM.
• 3–5 years of proven international experience in SAP Sales consulting, implementation, and support.
• Ability to manage conflict situations.
• Capability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and work autonomously.
• Flexibility and viewing change as an opportunity.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Solution-oriented work attitude.
• Team player with good time management skills.

Work Location: Hybrid model in Ettlingen, Germany, or Porto, Portugal.
