• Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA
• Performing Root cause analysis & Impact assessments
• Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment / Hypercare cycles
• Test case / test data preparation and testing of application & change releases.
• Documenting day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities
• Contributing for refining way of working to run AMS services

You’ll be focused in

• Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA
• Performing Root cause analysis & Impact assessments
• Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment / Hypercare cycles
• Test case / test data preparation and testing of application & change releases.
• Documenting day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities
• Contributing for refining way of working to run AMS services

In order to succeed, you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Experience from SAP interfacing technologies/frameworks such as SOAP webservices, AIF framework, working with queue enablement in SAP (ex. q
  RFC, bg
  RFC queues)
• Experience designing and developing complex integrations with SAP Cloud Integration
• Experience in Integration Monitoring and Issue resolution
• Various mapping technology expertise like Graphical, UDFs and XSLT
• Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
• Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
