Responsibilities

1. Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA
2. Performing Root cause analysis & Impact assessments
3. Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment / Hypercare cycles
4. Test case / test data preparation and testing of application & change releases
5. Documenting day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities
6. Contributing to refining ways of working to run AMS services

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with SAP interfacing technologies/frameworks such as SOAP webservices, AIF framework, and queue enablement in SAP (e. g. , q
  RFC, bg
  RFC queues)
• Experience designing and developing complex integrations with SAP Cloud Integration
• Experience in Integration Monitoring and Issue resolution
• Expertise in mapping technologies like Graphical, UDFs, and XSLT
• Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
• Proactive
  - solving skills and overcoming roadblocks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
