Responsibilities

• Provide SAP support across MM and PM modules.
• Type and manage support tickets to track project progress and issue resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Coordinate and manage SAP-related activities for onboarding new companies.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Offer functional support and guidance to end users.
• Document and escalate issues when necessary.

Note: This role does not include access to customize the SAP system (no configuration or development tasks).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM and SAP PM
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry
• High level of English (written and oral)
