FREELANCE - SAP Payroll Consultant - Portuguese Payroll (12-month contract, Feb start)

I'm currently looking for a Portuguese
- Portuguese Payroll expert for one of our biggest clients in Portugal.

It's 100% remote and daily rates are competitive.

Role Overview:

• Lead client workshops and gather payroll requirements
• Design key payroll documentation and configure Portuguese Payroll in SAP HXM
• Work with offshore teams on global payroll setup
• Communicate with project managers and senior stakeholders
• Manage risks, scope, and delivery in an Agile environment

Profile:

• Strong SAP HXM and Payroll knowledge
• Solid HR process expertise
• Proactive, independent, and

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused team player
