Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PMO (Project Management Office) professional to join our dynamic team in Portugal. As the SAP PMO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating SAP projects across our organization, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices for SAP implementations
• Coordinate multiple SAP projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage resource allocation across various SAP projects and optimize team utilization
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between project teams, business units, and external vendors
• Conduct
  - implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SAP best practices throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members on SAP project management methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP PMO
• Experience in managing SAP projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and implementation processes
• Proficiency in project management software (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Excellent risk management and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Portugal and internationally as required
