We are seeking a skilled SAP Payroll Consultant with strong experience in Portuguese localisation to support configuration, compliance, and ongoing payroll operations for a key project. Responsibilities:Configure and support SAP Payroll for Portugal, including wage types, Segurança Social, IRS, and DMR reporting
Maintain and adapt schemas and rules (PE01/PE02) in line with local legislation
Integrate payroll with Time Management, including holiday calendars, work schedules, and absence quotas
Ensure legal compliance through configuration updates and SAP Notes
Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll runs
Requirements:5+ years of SAP Payroll experience, including 2+ projects in Portugal
Deep understanding of Portuguese payroll laws and statutory reporting
Strong configuration skills: schemas, rules, wage types, control records
Experience with SAP Time Management in a Portuguese context
Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus
