Define and evolve the engineering domain strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

Act as the

Technical Consulting & Solutioning

Strong knowledge and technical skills in area of

SAP Project System.

SAP Engineering Change Managment

Variant Configuration - LO-VC, & Bo

SAP PLM & third party PLM integration

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure domain alignment.

Offshore team management & work coordination

Represent the domain in leadership forums and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in engineering leadership or
- specific consulting.

Deep expertise in relevant technologies, platforms, and methodologies.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience in mentoring and capability development.

Ability to work in a matrixed,
- disciplinary environment.
