The Service Industries Practice within SAP Adoption Service Centre helps our customers in their journey towards the Intelligent Enterprise, SAP S/4HANA Digital Transformation, Innovation, Cloud, and Industry Cloud. We serve customers including Travel and Transportation, Professional Services, Engineering Constructions and Operations, Media, Sports and Entertainment, and Telecommunications Organizations.

We are looking for an experienced Consultant with deep and proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in Passenger Travel Industry and supporting new opportunities.

As a consultant, you must possess deep product expertise, business experience, and the ability to lead business transformation projects.

You will be responsible for:

1. Supporting SAP’s Passenger Travel industry customers with the conception and implementation of optimized processes
2. Collaboration with Global teams and supporting projects for new SAP transformational opportunities and projects for the Passenger Travel industry
3. Pre-Sales Support, creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners for Passenger Travel customers
4. Close cooperation with the global teams regarding sharing and business development for specific expert topics.
5. Developing Services, Packages, and participating in delivering innovative use cases to solve industry challenges using SAP’s latest software and tools
6. Bringing focus on Experience Data and Operational Data and providing solutions to customers
7. Building reusable assets and leading knowledge management processes
8. Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients in the Passenger Travel industry and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers

• Bachelor’s degree;
  
  Master’s degree/MBA is recommended
• Deep SAP Product Expertise in Procure to Pay (MM) and integration with other processes
• Good understanding /
  - on experience in other logistics modules is preferred
• Preferred to have Ariba integration experience or understanding of Ariba Modules
• Experience in SAP Airline project implementation. Candidate should have completed at least four End-to-End implementations as a consultant/architect for Airline Industry / Passenger Travel Industry
• Extensive knowledge of Airline / Passenger Travel industry KPIs, methods of calculation, and SAP Solution implementation
• Knowledge in deploying solutions for Airline Fuel Procurement, understanding Airline Direct Operating Cost and Airline MRO processes is a plus
• Working experience in Airline and other Passenger Travel Industries is a plus
• Strong analytical skills,
  - solving effectiveness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with the ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
• SAP methodology and Solution Manager experience is preferred
• Working experience of 15+ years
