Responsibilities- Client & Project: Join the Program, Project & Service Management team to collaborate on projects for a client specializing in enterprise software that manages business operations and customer relations. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives. - Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Develop comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability. - Lead project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and strategies for success. - Responsible for developing and executing

- end project management activities for an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. - Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, drive team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Advanced proficiency in Program/Project Management is required. - Advanced proficiency in Delivery Operations Control is recommended. - Advanced proficiency in Issue Management and Risk Management is suggested.
