Senior SAP Project Manager

Recruit 121 is looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to join a
- scale S/4HANA Utilities transformation program currently in its Realize phase.

About the Role

As the SAP Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee
-
- end delivery governance and coordination across multiple streams, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners. You’ll be working closely with an established PMO and senior stakeholders to keep the program on track toward a fixed
- live date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S/4HANA Utilities program through Realize, Testing, and Deployment phases.
• Manage project governance — risks, issues, milestones, and scope changes.
• Chair steering committees and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure quality delivery.
• Drive recovery and mitigation actions where delays occur.
• Guarantee adherence to approved design and program standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in SAP Project Management.
• Solid background in SAP Utilities (IS‑U).
• Proven success in managing S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
• PMP or Prince2 certification (advantageous).
