5+ years of professional experience as a SAP Quality Management process and data expert in S/4HANA transformation projects including data migration experience. Experience including the MHP Cockpit is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

- Ability to combine deep process expertise with data migration skills.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP QM module and integration points and the corresponding data migration requirements when moving from either non‐SAP environments to S/4HANA or from ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of compliance workflows and audit requirements.

Soft Skills

- Excellent attention to detail and problem‐solving abilities, not sacrificing accuracy or data structure conformity under time pressure.

- Ability to balance stakeholder needs and harmonization requirements.

- Strong cross‐team communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Certifications

- SAP certification in Quality Management or S/4HANA.
