• Conduct SAP QM process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules
• Use
  - specific tools and procedures
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions
• Identify root causes and solutions for recurrent problems
• Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database
• Create detailed technical specifications for ABAP team
• Work with other IT personnel on configuration changes affecting areas outside of SAP modules and perform rigorous testing

Fluent in English

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP QM implementation processes:
  
  business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation,
  - user training, and production support.
• Open to working with different cultures and mindsets
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, both technical and
  - focused.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
• Experience in other SAP LOG modules is a plus
• Experience in rollout projects is a plus
• Debugging skills are a plus
• Experience working with onshore/offshore teams is a plus
