? About the Role

The Quality Management & Compliance Process Expert will be responsible for implementing and validating Quality (QM) and Compliance processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring strategic improvements, defining governance for data adjustments, and managing migration tasks.

This role ensures that business processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality objectives, applying SAP best practices and guaranteeing that migration activities (preparation, data cleansing) are executed according to plan.

? Responsibilities

Process Design & Configuration

• Understand the target process defined by the Global Process Owner (GPO) and configure SAP S/4HANA QM aligned with business needs.
• Integrate QM processes with related modules (MM, PP, SD).
• Configure compliance workflows for regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, SOX, GDPR).

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain auditable documentation for internal and external audits.

Testing & Validation

• Create and execute test scenarios for QM and compliance processes (SIT and UAT).
• Validate configurations to ensure quality and compliance standards.

✅ Requirements

Experience:

• 4+ years as an SAP QM process and data specialist in S/4HANA transformation projects, including data migration.

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP QM module and integration points.

Languages:

• Fluent English (mandatory).
