YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about
- functional coordination with IT SAP/Oracle Teams to make sure the financial solutions implemented for the business are effective? Would you like to be the functional contact for Finance & Controlling business teams to make this happen?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our SAP R2R Solution Design Manager at CEVA Logistics.

This role is open in Spain (Barcelona / Madrid) and Portugal (Lisboa)

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You gather the functional requirements, validate their coherence and priorities (with the business)
• You propose best practices, adequate/optimal processes
• You coordinate with delivery teams
• You ensure change management
• You prepare the new version of the core Finance model; project scoping and trajectory design
• You will act as AMOA (focused on Finance Transformation) and not just on MOE (IT Delivery).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the SAP Finance & Controlling modules as a Finance Consultant/Project Manager
• You have very good knowledge of accounting (Finance training or experienced in the field)
• You have implemented different controlling models (experience with allocation cycles and subscription management)
• You have good interpersonal skills allowing you to be comfortable with different levels of interlocutors
• You are rigorous, curious, and demonstrate a developed analytical and synthesis mind. Your interpersonal skills allow you to lead and unite
  - functional working groups.
• You have a global vision of companies' financial processes.
• You have knowledge of reporting tools, One
  Stream and/or Oracle PBCS, is a plus. Experience with S/4 is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
