Your mission will be. . .
As a process expert in the Sherpa
X project, Finance & Value Flow project, you plan, manage, take responsibility for and monitor issues topics related to in receivables management as well as the coordination of a central implementation for the credit management process.
- Responsible for the implementation of specific issues for project requirements across
- projects as well as for
- related adjustment needs, this also includes the development and presentation of decision templates. - Analyze existing processes, identify, prioritize and implement the Governance and Business requirements in relation to the financial template and the
- related value flows, considering the project goals of "standardization and harmonization". - Independently design and lead workshops with internal customers, create Solution Documentations, review as quality gate functional specifications, accompany their coordination with development, design the necessary acceptance tests with the test team and transfer the task packages into operational operations.
- Communicate with:
- Other teams in the Sherpa X project organization to ensure the integration and consistency of the solutions
- Siemens IT departments regarding the provision of Siemens further standard solutions
- Governance Departments and Business Key Contacts
We are looking for someone with. . .
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the SAP FI modules
- Acquired knowledge
-
- cash processes and in accounts receivable management, during your several years of professional experience - Experience in an international environment, experience in operational business and cultural experience of working abroad are an advantage
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Understanding of the SAP Financial Supply Chain Management solution sets you apart; knowledge of the Agile Project Methodology and SAP S/4HANA is desirable
- Experience in leading virtual and global teams, this requires excellent communication skills in English
- Availability to travel
