What we’re looking for:

- Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT;

- 5 yearsor above SAP SD and S/4 Hana related experience;

- Good computer skills;

- Good analysis skills;

- Logicalthinking and quick learning;

- Good written and verbal English;

- Good communication skills;

- Able to
Multi-task and work under tight deadlines;

- Must bewilling to travel to North America, Europe and Asia when required;

- Global view with Asian culture understanding;

- SAP user experience is preferred;

- Chinesespeaking is preferred;

- Must behonest, have integrity and be trustworthy;

- Must beflexible, responsible and confident.

- Fluency in English (spoken and written);

Main responsibilities:

- SAP EMEA local support supervisor;

- Production support cover OTC area;

- Analyzethe current business processes and scenarios and develop solutions;

- Projectsupport for SD module;

- System configurations;

- Function Spec etc. documentations;

- Work with Technical staff on customization;

- Supportresolution of data issues in the functional area;

- Participating in writing and maintaining of Unit testing;

- Assisting withintegration test planning and execution;

- Developbusiness process procedure documentation;

- Developend user training material and deliver training;

- Go liveand post go live support;

- Other Production support;

- Other tasks asassigned.
