We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Security Consultant to join an exciting
- term freelance project with a leading international consultancy. This role offers a hybrid work model based in either Lisbon or Porto, with flexibility and the opportunity to work on impactful SAP transformation initiatives.

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)

Contract: Freelance, 12 months (extension likely)
Start Date: ASAP
Language: English and Portuguese

Tasks

• Design and manage SAP ECC/S/4HANA roles and authorizations
• Enforce segregation of duties (So
  D) and
  - privilege access
• Administer user provisioning via SAP GRC (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM)
• Support internal and external audits (SOX, GDPR)
• Configure SAP Fiori security and UI masking for sensitive data
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and audit teams
• Provide input during SAP upgrades, migrations, and module rollouts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Security (ECC and S/4HANA)
• Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and CUA
• Strong knowledge of roles/authorizations, So
  D enforcement, and
  - level security
• Solid understanding of audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience in multinational environments
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Success
  Factors, or vulnerability tools (e. g. SHIELD, Security Bridge)
