Our client, a global consulting leader (Big Four), is expanding its SAP practice and looking for an experienced professional to lead SAP Success
Factors Performance and Goals projects, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.

Youll manage
- impact implementations, guide clients through digital HR transformation, and deliver solutions that optimize performance and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Success
  Factors Performance and Goals implementation projects.
• Define solution architecture and align with client requirements.
• Conduct workshops and coordinate with global teams.
• Configure and develop SAP Success
  Factors Performance and Goals solutions.
• Manage test cycles, rollouts, and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide strategic advice and best practices to clients.
• Support presales activities and contribute to business development.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the team.

Required Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in SAP projects, with focus on Performance and Goals.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
• SAP Success
  Factors certification (Performance and Goals) is highly valued.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Success
  Factors Employee Central.
• Exposure to international projects and consulting environments.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
