You’ll be focused on:

1. The integration strategy of global P&C systems
2. Setting the architectural guidelines for the integration area and actively advocating the use of industry standards and best practices within the organization, in connection to the central IT integration strategy
3. Keeping the Data Model in sync between the integration platform and Success
   Factors
4. Representing the integration team in P&C and architect forums
5. Working together with HR Hub Product Owner to prioritize and align deliveries from the central integration team

In order to succeed, you'll need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience as an integration developer and integration architect
3. Experience working with agile methods and tools
4. Good knowledge of CPI and BTP
5. Initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
6. Strong communication and analytical skills
7. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
