Our client is a leading Portuguese multinational in the beverage industry, part of a global group, recognized for its iconic brands and strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.

They are now looking for a SAP Solutions Architect to join their D&T (Digital & Technology) team, with a key role in designing, leading, and optimizing complex SAP solutions particularly in the Sales & Logistics domains that support
- scale operations in Portugal and across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and improvement of SAP Sales & Logistics solutions (SAP S/4HANA Sales) in alignment with business requirements and architectural principles.
• Act as a strategic advisor, identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and their applicability to the business.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at a senior level, facilitating discussions and aligning solution designs with global guidelines.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure full integration of solutions, breaking silos between business areas.
• Support change management initiatives, leading the adoption of new ways of working and ensuring solution governance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring Solution Architects and other team members when needed.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and compliance standards in solution design and implementation.

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent (Masters preferred).
• 10 years of relevant experience in complex, multinational environments, preferably in the beverage/FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Logistics processes.
• Experience in SAP integration, interfaces, and ABAP (advantage).
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Aforza, Power Delivery System, or Routyn is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver
  - scale IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English;

  - oriented approach.
