Brain, we’re looking for an SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support one of our strategic clients in the DACH region.

This professional will play a key role in the customization and optimization of SAC dashboards, planning models, and data integrations with SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA — ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment between technical and business requirements.

Deliver robust and scalable SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions that enhance business intelligence, financial planning, and
- making capabilities, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Europe.

⚙ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SAC dashboards, stories, and planning templates;
  
  
• Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external data sources;
  
  
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical SAC specifications;
  
  
• Build data models, calculation views, and planning logic;
  
  
• Define and maintain security roles and authorizations;
  
  
• Work with business teams in Germany to define KPIs and reporting logic;
  
  
• Ensure data quality, performance, and documentation;
  
  
• Participate in client workshops (remote and
  - site when required).

? Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC);
  
  
• Proven expertise in:
• SAC Stories & Dashboards
• SAC Planning Models
• Data Modelling & Dataset Management
• SAC Security (roles & authorizations)
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, or HANA modelling;
  
  
• Understanding of financial and operational KPIs;
  
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
  
  
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
  
  
• German is a plus (not mandatory).

? Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Datasphere;
  
  
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Designer (Java
  Script scripting);
  
  
• Familiarity with financial consolidation or advanced planning processes;
  
  
• Experience in manufacturing KPIs within DACH industry context.

• ? Location: Remote (Portugal)
• ✈ Travel: Occasional to Germany (1–3 days/month)
• ? Contract Type: Freelance or Full-Time
• ? Start Date: Immediate
• ⏱ Duration: 6-month initial contract (high probability of extension)
