Factors Compensation Consultant with 5 to 10 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Compensation Management solutions within the SAP Success
Factors Suite. Proven success in configuring complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and
- term incentive programs, while ensuring global compliance and business alignment.
Experienced in working closely with HR, compensation, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable,
- friendly solutions that drive

- performance strategies. Proficient in template design, eligibility rules, budget modeling, and reporting using SAP Success
Factors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
